About the Department
Publications play a crucial role in disseminating information, sharing knowledge, shaping opinions, and fostering communication in various fields. Literary magazines, art journals, and cultural publications play a vital role in promoting literature, poetry, visual arts, music, and other forms of cultural expression. They provide platforms for artists, writers, and cultural practitioners to showcase their work, explore diverse perspectives, and preserve cultural heritage.
The department has editorial board. The members are from the in-house department and some outside linguists and writers.
The department publishes quarterly journals and yearly magazine. Besides it takes the responsibility of editing the programme proceedings and repaots.
Vision and Objectives
Academic journals, research papers, textbooks, and scholarly publications contribute to the dissemination of knowledge and the advancement of learning in different disciplines. They provide platforms for researchers, scholars, and experts to share their findings, theories, and insights, thus facilitating intellectual growth and innovation.
- To showcase the regular activities of this Directorate for self reflection and of reflection of other stakeholders.
- To help the faculties and others to promote knowledge in their respective fields.
- To help in disseminating the key findings to target audiences & promote the work of the researchers.
- To provide a Communication channel for researchers / Contributors within a field, a repository of important research efforts & a recognition Mechanism for researchers & institutions alike.
